Welcome to the 3rd Annual Norway-Iron Mountain Pond Hockey Tournament: January 25th & 26th, 2013

"The Pond" Charity Hockey Association was formed in 2010 by a group of Senior League Hockey players from the Lofholm LumberJacks and Lake State Red Roofers of the DHL. The tournament is held each year on pristine Hanbury Lake in Norway Michigan featuring mens and womens divisions for all experience levels. (Watch video: TV 6 News-where it all started) The Norway area has been a perfect fit for the fast growing sport of Pond Hockey with its small town, friendly, supporting and welcoming atmosphere. Excess proceeds from the event are donated to help support a variety of local youth sports programs.

With great sadness we remember Grant Ebeling. A true original and local pond hockey participant for the Shady Acres Animals. Grant has left "The Pond" but he will never be forgotten by those who knew him. G-Ebs. 1983-2012
